Right after we complete the netfirms signup page and made the payment online, and transferred the payment to netfirms for their web hosting plan, we are presented with control panel URL and domain DNS details etc. At the same time, we receive email from netfirms billing department and confirm the order had been received and our signup had been assigned with a order ID and getting their attention. Next, we are waiting for the account setup and we can setup the website from there.

netfirms billing request quit alot of information, and for this reason we can’t get our account setup at the end.
